MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Turning cloth: This step involves turning the fabric from the weaving process into rolls that can be processed further.
Seam fabric end: Any loose threads or seams at the end of the fabric are removed or trimmed to ensure a clean finish.
Singeing: The fabric is passed through a flame or hot plate to burn off any loose fibers or protrusions on the surface, resulting in a smooth and even surface.
Desizing: Any sizing agents used during the weaving process are removed from the fabric using a desizing agent.
Cooking and bleaching: The fabric is then treated with a combination of heat and chemicals to remove any impurities and whiten the fabric.
Mercerizing: The fabric is treated with sodium hydroxide to increase its strength, luster, and affinity for dye.
Dyeing/Printing: The fabric is dyed or printed with the desired pattern or color using various techniques, such as rotary screen printing or dyeing machines.

Q: What is your Minimum quantity?
A: Depend on the fabric you choose. The minimum quantity for digital print fabric is 100 meters,for cotton fabric is 2000 meters,for normal fabric is 3000 meters per color for one design, If you can not reach our minimum quantity, please contact with our sales to send some models which we have stocks and offer you prices to order directly.
Q: How about the packing?
A: Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving poly bag outside or as customers' requirement.
Q: How long to deliver the products?
A: The exact delivery date need to according to your style and quantity. Usually within 30 work days after receive the 30% down payment If you choose the items which we have stock ,we can deliver in 3 days.
